SYMBIOPSIS Grande Réserve

A blend incarnating symbiosis,

the “biological association” of 3 grape varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir

A rich and tender nose (candied citrus fruits, honeysuckle) followed by a more frank texture (blackcurrant, almond). The Meuinier gives it playful aromas, the Chardonnay, an appreciable fine tension.

Over dinner: for all occasions! Salmon rillettes, gougeres, Quiche Lorraine

ORNESCENCE Rosé

The meticulous work of blending white wine and red wine is found in this Extra Dry Rosé: with a “dosage” slightly greater than for Brut, which invites the wine taster into a universe of almond, blackcurrant, acacia honey and passion fruit. Fresh, rich, gastronomic: it’s a unique Rosé

Over dinner: accompanying grilled prawns with paprika, lobster, pork fillet and candied apricots … Or the whole night long!

Accessibility: it will seduce anyone tasting it, from the wine lover to the oenophile.

ORNESCENCE Rosé

Ornescence takes its name from the Latin “ornat” meaning “elegance”. And for good reason: its hints of candied fruits (cranberries, strawberries, citrus fruits) seduce the nose. It then presents a rich, mineral texture (pineapple, mango, cinnamon). A creation blending the Pinot Noir (60%, vinified in white, 10% in red) and the Chardonnay (30%) with the Massing touch: in -cask vinification of the red.

Over dinner: with a yellow fruit tart, pineapple sabayon, a crumble.
